Abstrak :
This study entitled "Analisis Struktur pada Kumpulan Cerpen Pelajaran Pertama bagi CalonPolitisi karya Kuntowijoyo". This study aims to determine the intrinsic elements within the short storiesof Pelajaran Pertama bagi CalonPolitisi by Kuntowijoyo.
The data collection methods used in this study is by reading intensively from the short stories of Pelajaran Pertama bagi Calon Politisi, and then by noting the important parts relating to the formulation of the problem, and classifyingthe data according to the formulation of the problem.
The data used in this study are five short stories from 15 short stories from Pelajaran Pertama bagi Calon Politisi they are; “Laki-laki yang Kawin dengan Peri”, “Lurah”, “Anjing-anjing Menyerbu Kuburan”, “Jangan Dikubur Sebagai Pahlawan”, and “PelajaranPertamabagiCalonPolitisi”.
This study describes the intrinsic elements and political themes contained in a collection of short stories of Pelajaran Pertama bagi Calon Politisi from Kompas. The intrinsic elements are the elements that build literary work itself. These are the elements of theme, plot, character and characterization, background or setting, point of view, and message.Political themes contained in this study are discussed by the researchers to determine the innuendos that delivered by the author on the political condition in Indonesia whichare presented through story.
