Abstrak :
The development of a computer system and information which is very fast has
produced a negative things, either one is cyber child pornography. Cyber child
pornography Cyber child pornography is very worrying and dangerous criminal act,
it will very dangerous for the children though if it still continuing. Hence , law
enforcement became one of the key to make cyber child pornography eliminated. The
method used in this research are laws empirical method. The results of this research
shows that cyber child pornography law enforcement conducted by police are using
non penal and penal tools. In non penal, police commiting a preventive act which is
utilization of human resources , the utilization of facilities and infrastructure ,
cooperation and coordination, and cyber patrol. While on penal, Police used a limited
number of their authority , which is through the authority of investigation. Obstacles
encountered by the police in enforcing laws against cyber child pornography are the
difficulty of looking for an offender, The limited facilities and infrastructure, lack of
society awareness and the limited of human resources in police.
