Abstrak :
This study aims to determine the synchronization of arrangements and forms of legal
responsibility of integrated traditional health teams in health services. The type of research
used is normative juridical with the method of statutory approach, analytical approach,
and concept approach. The specifications of this research are legislative inventory, legal
synchronization, and legal discovery in concreto. The data used is secondary data obtained
through literature study. The method of analysis used is normative qualitative. The results
showed that the regulation of the legal responsibility of the integrated traditional health
team in health services has shown vertical and horizontal synchronization. This means that
regulations of a lower degree do not conflict with regulations of a higher degree and higher
regulations are the basis for the formation of lower regulations. In addition, regulations of
the same level do not contradict each other and can complement each other. The forms of
legal responsibility of the integrated traditional health team in health services include:
criminal legal responsibility based on Article 308 paragraph (1) and Article 440 of Law
No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health; civil legal responsibility based on Article 308
paragraph (2) of Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health; and administrative legal
responsibility based on Article 283, Article 306, and Article 313 of Law No. 17 of 2023
concerning Health, Article 83 paragraph (2) and (4) of Government Regulation No. 103 of
2014 concerning Traditional Health Services, Article 492 of Government Regulation No.
103 of 2014 concerning Traditional Health Services, Article 492 of Government Regulation
No. 103 of 2014 concerning Traditional Health Services, and Article 492 of Government
Regulation No. 103 of 2014 concerning Traditional Health Services. 17 of 2023 on Health,
Article 83 paragraphs (2) and (4) of Government Regulation No. 103 of 2014 on
Traditional Health Services, Article 492, Article 500, Article 736, Article 752 paragraphs
(2) and (4) of Government Regulation No. 28 of 2024 on the Implementation Regulation of
Law No. 17 of 2023 on Health, and Article 20 paragraphs (2) and (3) of Ministry Of Health
Regulation No. 37 of 2017 on Integration of Traditional Health Services.
