Abstrak :
This research discusses the Effectiveness of Financial Archive Management Using the Electronic Leitz Ordner (ELO) Application at PT Taspen (PERSERO) Purwokerto Branch Office. Therefore, the research problem formulation is: How effective is the management of financial archives using the Electronic Leitz Ordner (ELO) application at PT Taspen (PERSERO) Purwokerto Branch Office, and what are its supporting and inhibiting factors? Meanwhile, the objective of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the ELO application in managing financial archives at PT Taspen (PERSERO) Purwokerto Branch Office. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. The data collection technique employs purposive sampling at PT Taspen (PERSERO) Purwokerto Branch Office. The results of this research show that PT Taspen (PERSERO) Purwokerto Branch Office has implemented electronic archive management processes by using the Electronic Leitz Ordner (ELO) application. The pension archive management procedure at PT Taspen (PERSERO) Purwokerto Branch Office includes receiving pension archives, sorting documents, arranging archive numbers, sterilizing archives, weeding out files, scanning, compressing, and inputting them into the ELO application. Archive storage is done by organizing file boxes on archive shelves according to the archive numbers listed on the folders. The borrowing and retrieval of archives are carried out based on the required archive numbers for participant services. Lastly, the destruction of pension archives is handled by the general division.Furthermore, financial archive management at PT Taspen Purwokerto Branch Office is not only conducted manually but also utilizes the Electronic Leitz Ordner (ELO) application, which serves as a supporting factor in improving work efficiency and effectiveness. This digital application streamlines the archiving process and significantly reduces processing time. challenges faced in archiving are related to the high cost of the ELO application, various errors, and unclear handwriting or numbering on physical documents.
