Abstrak :
Monica Gusviani. Penelitian ini berjudul Tingkat Infeksi Cacing Daun “Fasciola Hepatica pada Kambing dengan Jenis Kelamin Berbeda Yang Dipotong Di RPH Banyumas”. Penelitian tersebut dilaksanakan di RPH Banyumas. Penelitian dimulai pada bulan Juni 2019 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat infeksi pada kambing yang terinfeksi cacing Fasciola hepatica, mengetahui tingkat infeksi cacing Fasciola hepatica pada kambing dengan jenis kelamin berbeda serta mengetahui hubungan tingkat infeksi cacing Fasciola hepatica dengan jenis kelamin berbeda. Materi penelitian menggunakan 74 ekor kambing jantan dan betina dengan umur bervariasi, penetuan sampel ini berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan melakukan survei. Sedangkan analisis data untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat infeksi dengan jenis kelamin menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat infeksi cacing Fasciola hepatica pada kambing yang di potong di RPH Banyumas adalah 12,16%. Sedangkan hasil analisis Uji Chi-Square hitung sebesar 1,845 jika dibandingkan dengan Chi tabel yaitu 3,84 maka tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan tingkat infeksi, karena 1,8450.05), karena p value 0,74 lebih besar dari p alpha 0,05.

Monica Gusviani. The title of this study is “The Rate of the Leaf Worm Infection Fasciola Hepatica Based on the Gender Difference in Goats That Slaughtered in RPH Banyumas”. This study was conducted in RPH Banyumas. This study was started from June 2019 until July 2019. This study aimed to find out the rate of the infection in goats that infected by Fasciola hepatica worm that slaughtered in RPH Banyumas, to find out the rate of the infection in goats based on its gender, and to find out the relationship between the rate of Fasciola hepatica worm infection with the gender difference. The materials used in this study were 75 male goats and she-goats with variation age, the sample was determined by slovin formula. This study used survey as a research method. Meanwhile, Chi-Square was used as the data analysis in order to find out the relationship between the rate of infection with the gender difference. The result of the study showed that the rate of the infection of Facsiola hepatica worm in goats that slaughtered in RPH Banyumas was 12,16%, while the result of test analysis of Chi-Square equation was 1,845 compared to the Chi table that 3,84, which indicated that there is no relationship between the gender with the rate of infection, because 1,8450.05), because the p value was 0,75 bigger that p alpha that was 0,05.
