Abstrak :
This research aims to find out the synchronization of public legal protection settings
and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses normative juridical research
methods. The approach methods used are the regulatory approach, analytical
approach, and conceptual approach with research specifications on the inventory
of laws and regulations, legal synchronization, and legal discovery in concreto.
Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that public legal protection during
the Covid-19 pandemic have shown a level of vertical synchronization. That is,
lower-level regulations have been in accordance with higher-level regulations.
Forms of public legal protection during the Covid-19 pandemic include:
Guarantee of arrangements for obtaining equal treatment in the implementation of
Health Quarantine; Guaranteed arrangements for obtaining basic health services
according to medical needs; Guaranteed arrangements for obtaining
comprehensive and continuous health services and financed by the state during the
health quarantine period; Guaranteed regulation of obtaining safe, quality,
effective, affordable and equitable immunization for the community for efforts to
control infectious diseases during the Health quarantine period; Arrangement
guarantee of obtaining a quarantine place provided by the government;
Guaranteed arrangements for obtaining social protection and a sense of security
in health quarantine; Guaranteed arrangements for obtaining education, training
and skills in implementing disaster management During health quarantine;
Arrangements for obtaining written and/or verbal information regarding disaster
management policies during health quarantine; Regulatory guarantees to carry out
supervision in accordance with the regulated mechanism for the implementation of
disaster management during health quarantine; Guaranteed arrangements to get
assistance with meeting basic needs during health quarantine; Arrangements
guarantee obtaining compensation for people who experience property losses as a
result of efforts to deal with the epidemic during quarantine.
